Position Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects for the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time limits and approved budget.
Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to properly plan and coordinate Commercial Electrical Construction projects
Self perform electrical work as required, including bend and run conduit, including underground conduit, Pull wire, Install fixtures and outlets, Dig ditches, Read blue print, Install service, Motor Controls, Adherence to company policies, including proper attire, Demonstrated concern for Safety, Customer focus
Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Monitoring and assessing performance of self and work crew to make improvements or take corrective action.
Understanding the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Position Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and hand tools. Must have a JM or Master license. Ability to work in inclement weather, stand entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, heavy lifting and climbing ladders.
